Dr. John B. Hazle, Jr. age 80 of Chagrin Falls, passed away December 5, 2009. Beloved husband of Shirley (nee Krebsbach); loving father of John B. Hazle IV (Dianna) of Jacksonville, FL and Heather Hazle Lambert (Peter) of Barrington, RI; precious grandfather of Catherine and Sarah Lambert; brother of Charles Hazle (Maryann) of Shaker Hts., OH and Marlene Hazle of Boston, MA; uncle of Amy and Julie.
John was a graduate of Northwestern University and served our country in the United States Air Force. He was an Orthodontist by profession and member of The Greater Cleveland Dental Society and the Cleveland Society of Orthodontists as well as The Hawthorne Valley Skeet Club. John was a past member of The Cleveland Skating Club and Doane Study Club.
MEMORIAL SERVICES 1PM SATURDAY, DECEMBER 19TH AT CHRIST EPISCOPAL CHURCH, 3445 WARRENSVILLE CENTER RD., SHAKER HTS., OH WHERE A RECEPTION WILL IMMEDIATELY FOLLOW AT THE CLEVELAND SKATING CLUB, 2500 KEMPER RD., SHAKER HTS., OH.
