FRANK D. MILLER
Frank D. Miller, a resident of Lake Lucerne in Bainbridge Township from 1964 to 1970, passed away on Wednesday, January 6, 2010 in Oxford, Ohio.
Frank was born to the Rev. Charles Miller and Adeline Corll Miller in Cleveland on November 6, 1912. He graduated from East High School, Miami University, and Northwestern University. Frank was active in the music community in the Greater Cleveland area since high school and taught music in the South Euclid-Lyndhurst Schools for 35 years. Frank's wife of 73 years, Alice Truesdell Miller, died in 2008. They are survived by their children: Ted Miller (Edinburg, VA), Will Miller (Columbus, OH), and Corll Miller Morrissey (Renton, WA), nine grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
A memorial celebration for Frank and Alice will be held at Bloomfield Hall-Lyndhurst Community Presbyterian Church, 5312 Mayfield Rd., Lyndhurst, OH on Sunday, January 17 from 2-4 PM; Smith and Ogle Funeral Home, Oxford, OH in charge of arrangements.
