DALE D. FEE
Dale D. Fee, age 72 of Solon, died August 28, 2010. Marine Corps Veteran Korean War. Beloved husband of Barbara (nee Komlo); dear father of Ronald (Laura Marzella) Fee of Sagamore Hills, Joyce (Denise Cranney) Fee of San Jose, CA, and Timothy (Teresa Calkins) Fee of Gretna, NB; loving grandfather of Nicolette, William, Connor, and Hannah.
Dale was born September 7, 1937, in Uniontown, PA, and was raised by his grandmother, Edith Fee. He graduated from North Union High School and enlisted with the Marine Corps in 1956. He was honorably discharged in 1962. He married Barbara on March 19, 1960, and they raised three children together in Maple Hts. He was active with the Maple Hts. Boys’ League and Kiwanis Club of Maple Hts. Mr. Fee was a true jack-of-all-trades. He was self-employed and maintained Chagrin Valley Appliance Repair and Home Services, but was also involved in industrial maintenance services with many companies, such as Loveman Steel, Pneumatic Tool, Sears, SK Wellman, and Republic Steel. He died unexpectedly while working.
Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday, September 2, 12 Noon at Church of The Resurrection, 32001 Cannon Rd., Solon. Interment Crown Hill Cemetery. Family received friends at KINDRICH-McHUGH STEINBAUER FUNERAL HOME, 33375 BAINBRIDGE RD., SOLON Wednesday. Memorials may be made to The Salvation Army.
