SARAH NANCY REECE MARR
Sarah Nancy Reece Marr, died Monday, October 4, 2010, in Greensboro, North Carolina.
A memorial service was held Saturday, October 9, in Bucyrus, Ohio.
Sarah Nancy Reece Marr, was born in Rocky River, Ohio, on April 25, 1927 to Paul Drought and Dorcas Beer Reece. The family later moved to Chagrin Falls and lived at the W. J. Crawford House at 170 Cleveland Street. She attended Chagrin Falls High School in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, and Wooster College in Wooster, Ohio. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister, Tabitha Reece. Her great-grandfather was Judge Thomas Beer of Bucyrus, Ohio.
Sarah Nancy Reece Marr is survived by her daughter, Suzanne Pezick and husband Ritch, of Greensboro, NC; sons, Clyde Marr and wife Ellen, of Raleigh, NC, Paul Marr and wife Sonya, of Marietta, Georgia; and grandchildren, Hannah Marr, Katherine Marr, Elizabeth Marr and Patrick Marr.
Our mother, Sarah is loved and will always be in our thoughts. She touched many lives and will always be cherished.
