DIANE L. (TIMMONS) BUXTON
Diane L. (Timmons) Buxton, age 54, of Auburn TWP passed away June 14th at her home. She was born October 7th 1956, at Fort Sill, OK.
Diane leaves her husband, Roger, of 24 years; sons, Brian Renner, of Chino Valley, AZ, Adam Buxton, of Austin, TX, and Todd Buxton of Columbus, OH.; grandchildren, Montana Rose Renner, Lauren and Tyler Buxton; parents, George and Clare Ann Timmons of Newbury; and brother, Tim Timmons of Monroe, IN.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Mitchell Timmons.
Diane was a 1975 graduate of Kenston High School. She served as the 4-H Extension Agent for Geauga Co., Director for Jr. and Sr. Fair Broads for the Geauga Co. Fair. She is a former EMT on the Auburn Fire Dept. Diane was a member of the choir at Newbury United Community Church.
Diane also served as a pastoral care volunteer at Geauga Hospital as well as a volunteer at Newbury United Community Church's hunger cupboard.
Calling hours will be held at Stroud-Lawrence Funeral Home in Chagrin Falls, July 8th 4-7 p.m. and a memorial service will be held Saturday, July 9, 10:30 a.m. at Morton Cemetery located at 10620 Bell Rd., Newbury.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are requested to be sent to the Newbury United Community Church, Memorial fund, 14916 Center Road, Newbury, OH 44065 or a charity of your choice.
