THOMAS C. MURPHY
After a long, courageous battle with lung cancer, Tom passed away at the age of 64 surrounded by loved ones. His love and indomitable wit will be greatly missed. Tom was preceded in death by his mother, Kathleen Murphy; survived by his wife, Anne Murphy; father, Charles T Murphy, Edina, MN; siblings, Kathy & Tom Rowen, Omaha, NE, Bob & Diane Murphy, Minnetrista, MN, David & Pam Murphy, Eden Prairie, MN; former wife & friend Cathleen Sincaglia; five children and step-children, Meghan & Marcos Murphy-Rocha, Kelly & Kenny McClintock , Hunter & Stacy Lowery, Josh & Zina Pozen-Lanza, Sarah & Henry Lanza-Miller; grandchildren, Kyla, Halle, Owen, Riley, Jake, Nicholas, Joshua, & Mila.
Tom moved to Chagrin Falls in 1980 from Seattle after being raised in Edina, MN. Tom enjoyed golfing (most times). His club memberships included Costco, AA, AARP, and The Fruit of the Month Club. The ice cream industry will certainly grieve Tom's passing as they will suffer a substantial financial loss.
Family received friends at Stroud-Lawrence Funeral Home in Chagrin Falls. Services were held at The Federated Church, Chagrin Falls, OH.
