Two masked gunman hold up store

Two men wearing ski masks robbed a Solon business of an undetermined amount of cash and merchandise Monday morning, according to police.

An employee called police at 10:34 a.m. to report an employee and two customers inside Gamestop at 6130 Kruse Drive had been robbed at gunpoint by two African-American males.

The suspects took an employee and two customers to a back room and bound them with duct tape, police said. The suspects fled in an unknown direction, according to police.

"We're not allowed to discuss it," the store manager who declined to be identified said of the incident.

The robbery is under investigation by the Solon Police Department's detective bureau.

Store employees were planning an inventory of the store to determine what merchandise was missing and the total value of missing items, Assistant Police Chief Raymond Tittl said.
